Tues. Apr.5th 2011, More relaxing

Join us as we travel North America in our Holiday Rambler Vacationer,
 since August 2006
Is it Tuesday already? Wow where does the time go? According to the counter  on our blog only 15 days left and we will be back in Ontario. Are we excited yes, we get to see family and friends again. Do we want to leave the warm sunny weather in the south? no. What to do? We do have to come home now, our fantastic 182 days in the USA is done, if we want to head south next October, as well as our out of Province health insurance. And we need to be on Ontario for five months so we don't loose our Health Insurance. Maybe when we get home summer will have arrived early, snow all gone , temperatures in the 70's F (25 c) , yes I am sure thats the way it will be (we can always dream right?)

So we just keep enjoying the sunshine and warmth here. After the severe weather on monday night, everything this morning is quiet, sunny and drying up after the rains. Just a light breeze today and the temperatures have cooled down to the mid 70's (24c). We are really getting spoiled it actually feels cool, after temperatures in the 90's (32c) for the last few weeks. I know you don't feel sorry us, we will get thru it.

Just the standard morning coffees, computing, walkabout and chatting with a few neighbours. One is a typical southern Alabama Redneck (he even admits it), fun listening to his stories and his very thick southern drawl. He was born and raised 30 miles from here, but was trucking for 20 years all over north America. Then we just puttered around, cleaned the engine air filter on our coach and had to re-align our satellite dish after the strong winds last night. Once all our chores were done we can read outside for a while (in the sun today).
another nice day
Supper tonight is back on the barbie Q again, a T-bone steak w/ mushrooms & onions, baked potato, grilled red pepper , corn and a couple of crab stuffed shrimp, that we picked up in Rockport Texas. Thats  part of my day, I still love cooking especially when we can BBQ almost everyday. After supper we sit and chat for a bit, then read for a while, and again a tiny bit of tv. Can't turn it on too soon, I will fall asleep too soon.
tasty
